The tower is located on a hill near the village of Horní Radechová at an altitude of 500 m above sea level.
The lookout tower was opened on 13 December 2014. With good visibility from the tower can be seen Krkonoše Mountains, Polické, the Broumov Walls, the Jestřebí Mountains, Zvičina, the Orlické Mountains, and if visibility is good also Kralický Sněžník. The tower is 29 m high, has four rest areas and the viewing platform is located at a height of 25 m. The tower is freely accessible. Near the lookout tower there are two infantry bunkers dating from 1935 to 1938 - coordinate A, coordinate B.
